Yes, it is true, you heard right. I am putting a band together to go out and play tunes from my first and second disc! I am excited! Things are still in the early stages, so a lot remains to be seen. However, it is so good to be playing the songs with bass & drums and a second guitar again! Anyway, thought you all should know. To quote Ronnie VanZandt: Thanks & Unthanks to all-and you know who you are (something like that).

Hello my friends!
I have nearly finished up corrections, etc. on the liner notes for my second album. I have my quote from Disc Makers and will be sending the order in any day now! After I proof their work and return it, they will be ready within ten days to ship the new disc to me!
I am so excited to share this music with you and the rest of the world! Tell your friends and neighbors and your family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Everyone!

The art work for my second disc is nearly ready! I will be placing the order for the disc itself very soon. Look for it around early to mid June! The Release Concert should take place about two years after my first one-mid July. What a grand event it will be. I hope you will all join me in celebrating!

Long time since I wrote! Life challenges us in so many ways. But we are so blessed to be here and given the chance every day! I was at Sound Logic last week, remixing and getting the CD mastered. Wow, it is sounding good. Also, received the artwork from Damon Burkhardt-who is an awesome artist! Photo shoot and Graphic Arts and it's off to be pressed! I sat down (rare) last night and listened to the entire CD. I am happy-and that takes a lot!
I can't wait to share this with the world!

My friend Eric Hicks & I have some more shows coming up-check out my calendar. Thanks to Mike for the booking! I have dug out some songs I haven't played for awhile for our Java Roaster show coming up this Saturday, Feb 24th (7-9pm). I am trying not to ignore some of my older tunes that you may not have heard-at least since Myers Pub and Mom's Place days! Thanks to all of you who are still following! The CD is still in the mastering stage. April is the tentative release date. It will be available at all the usual places-cdbaby, Indyrythym.com, McGuire's, Klaverenga Guitar Studio, Von's, JL Records, Downtown Records and Barnes & Noble. Eric Hicks & I are doing some shows together at The Skylight Coffee House (2/2, 8pm) and at The Java Roaster (2/24, 7pm). Also, my CD has been sent off to be mastered! The final tweaks on the sounds and it will be time to get it pressed! Still have liner notes, photos and artwork to do, but it's coming! Please join Eric & I for these all acoustic shows where I will be playing some of the tunes from the new CD!

Hey Guys, my good friend Eric Hicks and I will be doing a show together at the Skylight Coffee House in Lafayette on February 2nd, 8pm. We have been working on some tunes together, so it should be a good time. $2 cover charge, all ages and smoke free! So come on out and hear two singer/songwriters do their thing! Just out of the studio again hoping to be done mixing. Still one song that I may end up going back in to tweak. It's not that simple. The whole entire mix has to be put back up on the board, tones established, etc. Anyway, I am much closer to being ready to get the disc mastered and pressed than I was. Whew! Hey all,
I hope you are still out there viewing the website from time to time. I have been back in the studio fine-tuning a few of the songs for my next release. I will be back at Soundlogic in January re-mixing in order to get the sound just right. I am really tired, but excited to get these new songs out to you! I am in the studio working on my next project, Eye of the Storm, a full length CD with 12 tracks. We worked on Scotchie McKee yesterday-probably the hardest song on the CD (I thought it would be the easiest one!) With Malachi Jaggers on the acoustic and Bethany Jones on Violin, it is sounding really good! I am so excited and I can't wait to share these songs with you.
